Are You in the Flow?

 

Life is about having fun.  When you're having fun and enjoying life, do you notice how everything just flows?

Imagine if you could step out of your problems, step out of your limitations and consciously direct your mind towards creating a life of joy.

Instead of feeling a lack of money, a lack of love or a lack of good health, imagine your mind was focused on the abundance of goodness in your life.

How much better would feel if you could guide your mind towards choosing good feeling thoughts most of the time?

 

You can! That's where yoga and meditation are so helpful.

Did you know when you control your breath, you control your mind?  And when you control your mind, you control your life?

 

Allow me, Zahra Haji to guide you to tap into your natural flow using the art and science of yoga and meditation.

 

Right here, right now, beyond all time, beyond all space, bring your palms together at the centre of your chest.  Feel the balance in your body, in your mind, and in your spirit as you breathe.

 

Feel your breath as it flows in and out of your nostrils.  Notice the joy you feel when you are connected to your breath.  Your breath is your source of life and your source of joy.
