Conscious Meditation Series - Quiet your mind • Raise your energy Be at peace

Meditation clears the subconscious mind of unwanted thoughts and mental noise.

In this program, you will learn the art of quieting your mind so you can raise your energy and find inner peace.

 

Yoga and meditation help open the flow of life within you. Each class includes simple yoga sets and meditations that stimulate the body, mind and spirit's natural healing abilities. When your mind is calm and your body is healing itself, you are able to access your intuition.

What to expect in a class :
5 minutes to tune-in and open the class

30 minutes of writing and discussion to reframe how you think
30 minutes of kundalini yoga (appropriate for all levels)
15 minutes of guided visualization and relaxation

20 minutes of meditation
5 minutes to close the class
Total class time:  1 hour 45 minutes
Length of series:  8 weeks + FREE intro workshop

Extra meditation coaching: 1 weekly email inspiring you to stay mindful
