Postnatal yoga and meditation for mom and baby

Babies are transformative - your life will never be the same again. Managing that change, and growing along with it, occurs on many levels - emotional, physical and spiritual. Yoga Goddess' mom and baby class empowers you to embrace these changes peacefully so your heart is filled with love and joy, your mind is calm, and your emotions are balanced.

 

Yoga that you do along with your baby - in your arms, on your belly, resting against your thighs or sleeping peacefully at your side - is powerful in the way that it connects the changes in your body with your new child. You will regain your pre-pregnancy body as you bond with your beautiful baby, and embrace your new life as mom.

Each Yoga Mom + Zen Baby class includes:

  • Postnatal yoga for physical conditioning
  • Mindful ab workout to flatten the belly
  • Breathing exercises for mental and emotional balance
  • Meditations for spiritual balance
  • Baby yoga for baby's growth and bonding with mom

What to bring for Mom:

  • Comfortable clothes
  • Hooded sweatshirt or shawl for meditation
  • If you prefer to use your own - a yoga mat

What to bring for Baby:

  • Comfortable clothes and layers
  • A thick blanket for your baby to lie on

Where-abouts: 1114 Queen East, 2nd floor. (Queen just East of Pape on the North side).
