Who is the Warrior? He is not a fighting brute - the Warrior is impeccable, honourable and has integrity. Every man has an inner Warrior. Connecting with the Warrior within will take you to the next level of effectiveness. This is your chance to enhance and expand yourself and to feel more powerful.
In this day-long Men's retreat, we'll start off with a simple and powerful Aikido warm-up with David who will guide you to tap into your chi (life-force energy). After you get a feel for your own inner strength, we'll explore images of the Warrior through a group exercise. Then we'll power foward into kundalini yoga especially for men. In this workout, Zahra will guide you to expand your sense of self by meeting your limits and going beyond them. By now you'll have earned the chance to rest on your back and sink into long, deep, relaxation. When you awake you'll get to refuel over lunch (brownbag or in the neighborhood). We'll regroup in the afternoon for some tests of skill and you'll see how much you've progressed from the morning.
