What Does Your Heart Long For?
We all want to do something meaningful with our lives.
We all want to feel like we’re living life with a purpose.
But most days our life feels uninspiring and ordinary. We do the same thing, see the same people, run the same errands, say the same things. We feel bored. We feel unstimulated.
So how do we shake things up? How do we feel excited about our lives?
The answer lies in our heart, and in our soul.
I used to admire artists. I thought, “These people earn their living expressing who they are. They’re so lucky! They get to live their passion.”
Imagine waking up every morning excited to start working on your next project.
Imagine feeling exhilarated about being alive.
This is your birthright.
You were born with a purpose, something only you are here to contribute.
Now that I am doing my “heart work,” the work I was born to do, I am full of joy and enthusiasm.
In 10-body yoga, the first body is the heart and soul and it is represented by the number one. In your first body you know who you are, you know your true identity.
Quiet your mind to hear your heart’s calling. Practice a yoga set to balance the head and the heart.
Let your soul body lead you to your life’s purpose. Unblock your heart with a meditation for the heart and soul.
As you get in touch with your heart and soul you will be able to make conscious, soul fulfilling choices in your everyday life.
