As a woman, you are cyclical in nature. You are continuously cycling through the changing energies of the menstrual cycle. Many of you will cycle through the trimesters of pregnancy; with all of you moving towards the ultimate rhythms of menopause.
Within each of these life stages, your body is communicating with you. Your body is constantly sending you intuitive messages. When you learn how to tune into these messages you can bring balance to your mind, body and emotions.
Use yoga and meditation to access your woman's intuition and heal yourself naturally. Practice simple yoga postures which gently guide the body to release tension from the reproductive organs, easing symptoms of mood swings, hormonal imbalances, infertility, abdominal pain, cramping and more.

Classes include yoga postures for reproductive health, deep relaxation, healing meditation and personal sharing.

Class summary:
5 minutes to tune-in and open the class
35 minutes of physical movement (excellent for reproductive health)
15 minutes of guided visualization and relaxation
20 minutes of pranayam (breath work) and meditation
15 minutes of reflection and sharing
Total class time: 90 minutes
