Beloved friend of Yoga Goddess, Erica Ross, brings us Sundays with the Muse. Sundays with the Muse is a woman-centered, community building, life-enhancing series which promises connections and experiences which will carry you past your daily circumstances and limitations, for mutual healing and growth.

Each 3-hour workshop is created to take you on a journey toward greater awareness and aliveness, based on the 7 sacred energy wheels or chakras, starting from the root of your being, upwards to your crown.  Every delicious workshop will touch different realms of possibilities, from head to toe, heart to soul.

The musings begin March 21, the first day of spring and for 7 Sundays more at the Dovercourt House (3rd floor).
