We have designed workplace yoga and meditation classes as 10-week programs so your employees have the opportunity to build on the skills they are learning from week to week.
Our primary programs are as follows:
- Conscious movement series – A yoga and meditation class that promotes conscious movement by integrating breath, mental concentration, postures and sound. This is an integrative class with an emphasis on physical movements that stretch and strengthen the body while relieving stress and strain. Your employees will return to their workspaces energized and ready to approach their work with renewed enthusiasm.
- Conscious meditation series – A yogic meditation class that uses movement to warm-up the body and prepare the mind for meditation. The emphasis is on meditations that improve concentration, clarity, focus, positive thinking and effective communication helping your employees to be more confident and productive on the job.
Each series is 10 weeks in duration.
