Private Yoga
After your numerology consultation we’ll book your Private Yoga session. We’ll design a yoga and meditation practice especially to help you achieve the perfect mind – body – spirit balance to create the changes you want in your life. Kundalini Yoga is the yoga of healing and manifesting change, and you’ll get your very own personal practice to take home with you. We’ll give you all the guidance you need to do your own yoga and meditation practice right at home and create the change you want to see in your life.
We want you to succeed in the best way for you. If that means coming for on going Private Yoga sessions at our Yoga Goddess Home Studio we welcome you to keep on coming over!
